Diablo 3: Blizzard To Release Xbox 360 / PS3 Spin-Off

It has previously been stated that Microsoft and Sony may be interested in a console release of Diablo 3, now it looks as if Blizzard Entertainment may well be bringing the popular action role-playing game (or a spin-off) to PS3 and Xbox 360.

Recently Blizzard added three new positions to their list of jobs/careers, all of which are for their Diablo III team, the positions include console Lead Designer, console Senior Producer and console Lead Programmer.

As you would expect you need a lot of experience if you want to apply for any of these jobs, also Blizzard want gaming enthusiasts, especially people who have a passion for Blizzard Entertainment titles.

As far as I am concerned these three job positions confirm that a Diablo III or a spin-off is on the way, it will be interesting to see which console(s) it will come to.

blizzard also said there is no current plans to actually port the game to a consoles they are merely looking to see the quality/quantity of people willing to take up the job if they did decide to do so

Well If they decide to pick either console rather than both, I would say xbox 360.

Less people hacking, like PC and PS3 is so easy to hack/cheat the game.

Plus the majority of people own an Xbox anyways. Financially smart thinking.
