Android OS users will know by now Android 2.3 is to be called Gingerbread and will be released in the coming weeks. The mobile operating system will be made available on the Nexus One first, and could even make a surprise appearance on the Google / Samsung Nexus S.
There are a number of new features planned for the software, but what would you like to see? Some new features include an improved copy and paste, WebM video format along with improved social networking features, but this will not be enough to keep the masses happy.
Techtree believe that they have the perfect list of features that should be implemented on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The first is integration between Google Audio and Chat, which would work a lot like FaceTime, but will have many more advantages than Apple’s system.
The Google Docs app is something else that would be welcome by Android users. Being able to edit documents within an app instead of a mobile website will make like much easier. It had been mentioned back in September, so it could make its way to Android 2.3.
