Samsung has certainly upped its game in 2010 with the release of the Galaxy S smartphone range and the Galaxy Tab. The Korean consumer electronics maker has already shifted around 20 million smartphones this year, and the new range will help to increase these figures for 2011.
The Galaxy Tab And Samsung Galaxy S is the only brand to take the fight to Apple on both fronts, and although it is a tough battle, it shows how determined they are. It seems as though Samsung is doing all the right things, you only have to look at their range of smartphones, which has the choice of Android, Bada and Windows Phone 7.

As for the Galaxy Tab, this tablet device is already available in Europe, with the U.S. following on November 8 – just one day before the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops.
So now that Samsung has two devices that are similar to the iPhone and iPad, they are now in direct competition with them. Let us hope that it does not spoil their partnership, as Samsung supplies the processor for the iPhone and iPad. Will they still be able to supply enough for Apple?
