Fallout: New Vegas PS3 – Still Problems After Patch

Earlier today we revealed that the much-needed Fallout: New Vegas patch had been launched for the PS3 version of the game, we have received a huge ammount of feedback from our readers, mainly suggesting that there are still major problems.

Here we will summarize some of the bugs and glitches which are still affecting gamers, apparently the nectar bug is still unfixed, V.A.T.S is still buggy, the gate to the strip still freezes some PS3s and fast travel to the hidden valley may cause a crash.

Not all of the feedback has been bad, one players say that he/she has played for four hours since installing the update without any problems and another gamer says that the game has not frozen since the the patch was installed (which suggests that this gamer was experiencing frequent crashes beforehand).

It is obvious there are still a lot of issues which need fixing, therefore it will be interesting to see what Bethesda have to say on the matter.

      I must be one of the lucky few who got a good copy of the game. I still get the little screen freeze about every minute while running around, but have only had maybe 3 crashes out of about 30 hours of game play. But I also haven't tried getting into the strip yet either so I don't know if it will freeze on me there or not.

          I only had 3 major craches, havent down loaded the patch yet saw some issues but nothing game breaking yet been through over 30 hours gameplay havent had too many bugs besides veronica but just reloaded to previous save and ditched her, but i went onto the strip well over 10 times now and no issues with it just for some reason every now and then i tend to aggro the NCR by just walking by them when im "accepted", but that only happened twice

        You dont have a "good copy of the game". Its purely luck… the same game was crappily ported from PC to both PS3 and XBOX. I know I have it on PS3 and still literally can't complete missions because of this terrible effort on Bethesda's part.

        Everytime I try to sell my stuff at the mojave outpost it freezes upon exit. I did figure one solution to some of the problems listed here though…. If you get stuck in a mountain or a car or in between a door or something, save you game (BE SURE NOT TO OVERWRITE YOUR LAST BIG SAVE JUST IN CASE THOUGH) and then load that save and you should be 'UNstuck'

        i thought i was lucky too until yesterday. I can't play the game at all without it freezing up. I had about 35 hours into it with only one lockup, now I can play about 2 minutes and no matter what I'm doing the game freezes. Been to the strip and Caesar but once i got to Fort Hope the freezing started and hasn't stopped.

      I have had MANY freezes. I don't feel comfortable playing this game anymore because it has caused me to have to reboot my ps3 at least 10 times. I was forced to drop needed items in Primm because repairing items from that save caused it to freeze 100% of the time. I will be sure to identify and avoid any Bethesda products when purchasing games in the future.

        Hey, it's not Bethesda, they published New Vegas. Bethesda actually developed Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and they all worked great. It's Obsidian, they apparently can't make a glitch free game. Or at least one with glitches you'll never notice.

          Fallout3 only worked great til you got all the DLC then it crashed constantly, so YES it is definitely Bethesda that is totally responsible for all these crappy problems, Definitly WON’T be buying another Bethesda product again!!!!!

            It has nothing to do with a concerned consumer "making a better game". When we drop 60 bucks on software we have every right to expect quality product.
            Obsidian may have developed this slag heap but Bethesda let it happen so they're both at fault. Letting substandard product like this go to market reeks of project managers crapping bricks over a deadline.

            Actually Fallout 3 still had tons of issues even prior to having any DLC. And Obsidian is the developer, not Bethesda. Publishers should obviously take responcibility, but when people will play it regardless, just goes to show that money usually overpowers quality no matter the product.

      When is the new update coming out i am really getting mad it always damn freezes on me and i hate it every time i do mission it freezes and i have do all over again hurry up and put a new update on im sick of w8ing :l

      I think everyone’s going to experience different bugs depending on what they’ve done in the game, due to all the scripting and triggers that overlap. there will still be glitches that coincide with other players, like getting stuck in terrain or freezing when loading locations. I’m on my third playthrough on hardcore mode, and I’ve experienced a wide variety of glitches/bugs,but they happen almost randomly. for example, on my first playthrough the game would crash constantly if I had Veronica following me, yet on my second playthrough the game ran smoothly, other than when triggers/ scripting were loading. I’ve had my system(ps3) crash on numerous occasions;getting the “you run barter town” trophy, leaving the strip into freeside, on VATS, taking an item, vaporizing the robot victor in VATS slo-mo, playing blackjack in the tops, using a campfire. the list goes on.my system is brand-new courtesy of sony, had to get it replaced due to “a technical error” and all my other games work fine. it”s rather frustrating as I spent 150 bucks Canadian on a preorder for the collectors edition game and guide, hoping obsidian wouldn’t make the same mistakes as bethesda. if there was any way to get a full refund, I would”ve done it.

      my game is running fine im from ireland it will jam while running through the wasteland thats it but it doesnt happen often and i have collectors edition and strategy guide and i play ps3.

      I got fallout new vegas yesterday for ps3 and installed the patch as soon as i put the game in and it froze after i had played on it about 10 hours and then 2 hours later i got stuck in a hill that i could see through and it has just crashed agen at 21 and a half hours of play time i know its not alot 3 crashes in 21 and a half hours of playing but its realy anoying and they should get games tested ALOT more before they put them on sale im realy thinking about takeing it back :-(

      i paid $80 dollars for a game that seems to only want to freeze my ps3 on everything,???? this is fucking crap….. i have had to completely restart the game 3 times now because it froze a game and then corrupted the data, on my new game i restart almost every 15 minutes, which im sure isnt good for the life of my ps3… my companions and other npcs just stay still and prevent me from being able to do anything, my dog rex has disappeared upon entering the lucky 38, which i have done numerous times before and now it says he is in my party so i cant have ed-e in there. bethesda and obsidian better fucking fix this shit soon or they will probably have a riot of the 1000's of people that bought the collectors edition and standard edition only to have them spend 30% of their time restarting their ps3….. this game right now has a 2/5 in my book, it has too many errors for me to truly enjoy it

      the fact of the matter is, its a brand new product and there will always be small issues, but this is pathetic. i cant play the game at all anymore cause vats wont work it freezes the game, i cant walk to certain areas or it freezes and trying to go back to good springs freezes it. its not just a small error issue its a complete product failure issue. when a large amount of people cant use the basic functions of a game because it is so awfully developed, thats basis for refund from the game company or immediate action on their part. as far as im concerned they better be working around the clock to solves these issues or they will lose alot of their costumer base

      After defeating all the fire geckos in Vault 19 I noticed I did not have enough Explosives points to complete it the way I wanted. Because of this I sided with the black dude, causing the white guy to lock himself in the overseer office. I used the back entrance to the office….walked up the stairs…and the guy explodes right in my face! Hilarious, yes, but I cannot access his body either; all I see is what he ate for dinner. Hope he wasn't carrying anything important :/ anyone know?

      well – before patch, i would freeze about every 4 hours or so… now i can't go more than 20 minutes…. talk about annoying :(

      why do people keep buying Bethesda games and then complaining? Bethesda is never going to fix the game. They never fix anything ever and it's been this way since freaking Dagger Fall for hells sake.

      Live with the crashes or don't buy their games. Pretty simple. You aren't going to shame them into proper programming by leaving comments. They make cool games and you just have to live with the problems that come with them or don't buy them.

      Years by the way. Dagger Fall was 15 years ago or something.

        Meanderer is right, we knew this would happen. I've been playing Oblivion for ten years and I finally put it down. Yes it was buggy, on PS3 and 360X but I bought 3 copies of the game until I got something less buggy. New Vegas seems a little lest problematic then Fallout 3. And yes Boone and my I-bot are stuck in front of the Lucky 38, but I keep the bonuses and soldier on. This game rocks.

      The only problem I have is that it freezes when I try to enter the Strip after completing the Debt Collector mission. Everything else works fine. I hope Bethesda release another patch to fix the problem I have.

      well im up to 27 and a half hours of play time in 2days and still only had 3 crashes and that is it, had nothing elce go wrong so supose i can put up with it just because how good of a game it is but i wont be buying another "Bethesda game" thats for sure i would rate this game as 3/10 but if they fixed the crashing it would be a 9.5/10 easy

      I’m experiencing a strange bug where sometimes my gun wont shoot and then everytime I enter and exit the pipboy it shoots by itself.

      I have a new PS3 Slim; after installing the patch, I noticed that V.A.T.S. no longer worked in either of the first few starter towns and surrounding areas. As soon I as I would press R2 to pull up V.A.T.S. the system would lock up forcing a hard reset. I was in Nippon when this started happening with about 20 hours of game; mostly cap farming. I decided to load one of my previous saves (I usually "create new save data" A LOT when I play) and noticed that the bug was still present. Interestingly enough I was still near Nippon, so I decided to work my way back though my save data until I found one where V.A.T.S. was working properly (luckily this was only the 4th save state down and about 2 hours of game play old or so). I then reentered the Nippon area and V.A.T.S. was working normally. I played for another three hours and still have not had a single crash (fingers crossed). Usually by this time I would have at least one frozen screen. While this may not be a practical fix it I hope it points out a little determination and a lot of save states makes for an easier recovery from a potentially catastrophic event.

      Anyone having an issue where they are leveling up and the perk screen comes up but you can't select a perk? No where to go, can't exit out can't pick a perk. Can't do anything until its fixed because if I get any XP I level up and get stuck! PS3 version.

        I do. When I level up from 2 to 3, I'm not even given the chance to pick a perk when I level up! It just lets me take the 13 points to add to my stats.

      Went out and bought the game today brand new from JB HiFi. Got home and went to load, PS3 advised me there was an update and installed.
      Got to the second well to shoot the Geckos and low and behold……CRASH!

      This is really sloppy and poor workmanship. were Bethesda in such a hurry to release that they bypassed the testing stage?
      As consumers we all need to go back to where we purchased FNV and demand action. This will in turn force the big players like JB HIFi, EG Games etc to go back to their suppliers and demand action and so forth. As individuals our voice is weak but together we can SHOUT!

Everything has a fault you can't expect everything, you want to know why? 'cause with your expectations so high you'll be disappointed in one little imperfection. Chill!       I had absolutely no problems until I downloaded the patch. Now it freezes everytime I enter Vats. I am beyond frustrated. I've decided to delete the patch and reload the game on my PS3. Hopefully that will work.

      Only froze once in a good 20 hours of play. I still notice some discrepancies, reminiscent of fallout 3. im not keen on the pistol image, or the 357 magnum. 9mm machine gun is also goofy. but i am impressed overall of the game. If you have not bought it, buy it.

      since i updated it the strip all ways blacks out when i try to get in there .
      but before the update it was working perfectly please fix this problem cause i cant do any other people besides yes man cause im despised by everyone and i can only do his mission i killed mr house and the NCR and Legion hate me so i cant go any further

      Since the patch, my game freezes after fast traveling and after just 5 minutes of playing the game. I am beyond stuck. I can't play the game anymore. This has been a HUGE disappointment.

      I can’t even play my Fallout New Vegas copy. Everytime I hit VATS, the whole game freezes up and crashes. Also, when I fast travel anyway, it does the same thing. I had none of these problems before the patch. If anyone has any advice, let me know.

      Game still freeze's for me, the caravan cards I buy or find still don't automatically go into my deck to pick, so I have to use the workaround. There's a mine near one of the ranger camps near cottonfield thats makes Boone dissapear then die if I go into it. They said this New Vegas would be better than Fallout 3 but, to be honest. . . I prefer Fallout 3.

        No telling man. It could be your hard drive. You might have a golden PS3. Who knows. I find it very odd that so many people can have issues and then some have none at all. Fallout 3 was terrible for me, and got worse with every add on I installed. I am not buying New Vegas or any other Bethesda game until I read posts say all of the bugs are fixed. Which, will never happen.

      My biggest peeve now is I can't aim rifles outside of vats. I get a black screen that looks like your pip-boy. Very convenient. Also, I can't finish G.I Blues, as after the King says "what the hell" you can't move, you can turn around in circles but nothing else, no talking, no walking, no weapons. Very annoying. Any idea when the NEXT patch is coming out?

      Before this patch i had rarely any Problems . Except for enemies getting stuck in boulders. I've deleted the Game data and canceled the patch and now i'm back to before the patch. If your having problems with it. Delete the game data only , cancel the patch ,let it reinstall the game data … I'm no longer having freezing issues walking 50 steps or going into V.A.T.S. !!! This might work for some of you that are having more problems with the patch after it installed .

      Ok, so I didn't any problems with the game until the patch was downloaded. I was 8 hours in the game and now I can't do anything. Everytime I press R2 the entire thing freezes and i have to shut down and start up again and then carefully avoid R2 if I want to play. So I have give up playing.

      -insane amount of lag in most places in the wastland
      -land scape glitchs
      -companions such as Ed-E just vanishing only to never return
      -quest glitches
      -V.A.T. control probloms
      -enemies walking 30-40ft in the air

      the list goes on and on.

      This is rediculas,pathetic and outright insulting to Fallout fans everywhere,
      what did they fix in patch 1.01 because from where im standing it wasent a hell of a lot.
      Bethesda/Obsidian should be ashamed of relaesing such a shody peice of half finished work , when fans and gamers deserve so much more for there hard earned money.

        I totally agree, your post summed up all my problems to a T! It seems to have got progressively worse, I am at Level 25 and last night gave up playing after the 15th lock-out, I know you can find missing companions in the Vault level 5, but who wants to keep loading that, especially as I crash every other time the game self-saves.

      atleast you guys get to play, honestly, i cant do shit, i have a save right before i choose to kill Mr. house or side with him and that is the only one that loads and i have not tried to play it because i absolutely hate doing all the hard things then having to start all over again. But my point is, is that i cant even load my most recent games without that stupid "Downloaded content is required" or whatever in the hell it says. im very pissed off. I never had graphic glitches or anything like the weapon drops or whatever. the only thing that has "seriously" affected my game is crashing, not loading game data, and my V.A.T.S. system has messed up a few times. PLEASE FIX THIS FAST!!! (XBOX 360)

      Before the patch I had a few lock ups here and there, but it seems the more you do (side missions) the more problems you have. I beat the game in a straight run through of main missions and now I'm trying to do all of the missions and can't go 5 or 10 minutes without total system lock.

      You can't mod the weathered 10mm pistol either, I tried and the thing was invisable. LOL
      It got to the point today that I put the game on the shelf and started to look for signs of another patch–I ended up here. I'm not going to bother trying to play it until there's a nice layer of frost in hell.

        Amen brother…that infrared mod for the 10mm was frustrating because you can't remove it. I can't get fifteen minutes into the game now without it freezing. I feel bamboozled. I really want to get some feedback from Obsidian and Bethesda on this, it's clearly not isolated or minor in any way.

      To the idiot below who says 'live with it because that is what Bethesda do' you are joking squire? If you bought a car, drove it for a few miles then the engine packed up would you have the same attitude? Or were on a flight that stopped half way through the journey at some godforsaken hellhole and then the cabin staff announce 'well we usually pull this sh*t'? At the end of the day folkers have invested no small amount of wonga in a product that is faulty as f*ck and should be sorted pronto. That the company have a track record of f*cking up is no excuse and usually when a company runs like that people get sacked for incompetence. Fallout: New Vegas is hardly rocket science gaming and no big progression from Oblivion or Fallout 3 and therefore the engine should have been streamlined to suit. If anything there are more bugs in New Vegas than the other two so the situation has worsened despite plenty of time to iron out any glitches. My advice to anyone who hasn't bought this abortion of a game yet is to wait till there is more positive news after the next patch. Because if you waste money on it as it is you are not only risking your console (be that PS3 or Xbox) but your sanity…

      I played the game happily for 35 hours it was that good the glitches didnt bother me. However to have wasted those 35 hours and not be able to progress in the story because I get black screened in the queens hotel has made me feel ripped off and they wont do anything about it. It is a joke that this game is even on the market!

      I am deep into the game on PS3 and have had CONSISTENT issues with glitches and bugs…as of this morning I have performed well over 20 hard resets on my system after the game freezes everything, 6 of those times coming within the last 24 hours.

      I would love to know if there's a venue for sharing these issues with Obsidian and Bethesda, because as much as I love New Vegas, and Fallout in general, nothing sucks more than a fun game that's completely broken.

        You are definitely not the only one man. I have restarted at least ten times today, and probably the same amount yesterday as well. It, for the most part, is when Im in the wasteland and not "indoors". I As soon as it stutters for more than a second or two, I try and get a quick save off so Im not completely screwed. Im worried my first gen PS3 cant keep up with all of this off and on BS.

      i'm 20 hour's into my file, slept in my room at the wrangler and now i can't leave, after it's done loading i get a black screen and my system refuses to do anything, this happens time and time again, nothing i've done helps and i'm really peeved at this.

      I've just experienced a problem where the lighting of the game has gone really dark. It isn't my TV, as other games on my PS3 and 360 are fine. I can still play it, but I have to sit very close to the tv. I've turned up the sharpness and lighting but it makes no difference. Any other suggestions, or as I anticipate, should I just restart? Very annoying as I was 15 hours or so into the game.

      I was experiencing much of the same problems. glitching freezing complete lockups. but i was always able to get into the strip. and just recently while i was playing and try to enter the strip all i get is a black screen. is there any way around this?? or is there any way to maybe delete the patch and then reinstall it?? would that help.

      What a sloppy game. Never seen anything like it. The list of glitches, bugs and crashes is overwhelming and never-ending.

      One glitch I haven’t heard about and I hope I’m not the only one is when your crouching your arms move above the view. To fix you have to stand up and stop sneeking. Some other glitches I’ve ran into floating people, freezing, stuck in rocks, terrain not rendering, life of the enemy reads 0 even though they have life, the helios beam not firing, and other assortments. You know the next time they need a tester for a game maybe they should just release the game for free…. then they would get honest answers. By the way I run a first gen ps3 :)

      the game is amazing we should be mad at the people who approved to release it were they high or just plain retarded.i cant believe oblivion elder scrolls iv is much bigger and has better graphics yeah it had a ton of glitches but this game takes the cake wow it is the worst developed game ever it fro-zed my ps3 countless times and now i cant even play it thanks Bethesda hope fully they patch it soon or im going back to get my money………………..

      Has been freezing with only a reboot to solve on ps3. Happens at forlorne, east of road from mohave outpost and a few other places…Since day one. I expected this patch to resolve, but it is just unplayable, I love the game, but it is unplayable. Garbage, give me my money back, Bethesda.

      I understand everyone is having problems. I was gifted this from my brother for christmas. Being a university student, and most of our family passing in the last two years, it wasn't easy to make this hard pressed, but very appreciated gesture. My frustration is how is it this game was even released public in its current state.

      I used to be a machinist. If I cranked out a precision part in a large quantity in a defective state that would inevitably hurt or kill someone, their would be undoubtedly severe blow-back. Ableit our lives or health don't depend on the performance of a piece of software, I believe my comparison is valid. They seem to have taken the position of EA, releasing a game riddled with problems, making record setting profit, and then trying to retain their consumer base with trinkets of patches and free add-on's. I've been gaming longer than some have been alive, and this is the first product I've come across that isn't glitchy, but truely broken. If someone had died from a part that failed I manufactured, would I not be sued, or possibly jailed? Then how can a company get away two months now, without facing any real reprocussion, for selling all of us in mass a product that just doesn't work. I'm sure fallout vegas has hit the million mark in units sold. How much is the game? How much have they made? And what satisfaction have you had in reciprocation?

      Remember this. Fallout make be a chunk out of your wallet and nothing more. But collective sales and accumulating those chunks have place the employees of Bethseda in some very expensive cars. I'm sure 99% of us don't drive anything over 50,000. I guess what I'm getting at is this. A glitchy game can be fixed. A broken game out of the box is fraud. I don't understand why Bethseda hasn't been legally pressed after two months of this games release. I've also worked corporate, and their stone walling us for a reason. They want to keep their money. In their eyes, gamers are just gamers, not lawyers. Maybe this game should be an example to other developers to think twice before even thinking of releasing software even close to this state. When a francise commits fraud on a grand scale, the only discourse is a class action. Fortunately for Bethseda, not so much for us, most of their comsumers are too young to understand what that is. I try to be a polite person as much as I can, but this has taken a real **** on my christmas.

      i'm played the game for about 61hours now and to me there where no bugs at det start of the game, but no it crash and freeze all the time, I can play the game now from 5min to max 1hour if I am lucky.

      Just got the game for xmas and have played maybe 5 hours with about 5 complete freezes requiring reboots. I have all updates installed and am still getting these problems. Simply unacceptable, they need to create a patch that actually fixes ALL the problems. PS3 regular version.

      Whether they fix it or not I will not be buying another bethesda product. I emailed them but really doubt they care.

      I have been playing it for like 12 hours now and directly when i start it i spawn at the Hoover Dam because i am doing some quests there and only after like 2 minutes my game starts to freeze :( Why did they ever do such a good game and didn't think about the lags!

      My PS3 froze three times in the last ten minutes alone. I will not be playing New Vegas anymore and Im only half way through. Im actually quite pissed. On top of that, I probably won't buy any more Bethesda/Obsidian games. As I said, Im quite pissed.

      I play this game about 2h a day and in freezes like 3 times every time I play. A bug that really pissed me off was that when I first entered in Hidden Valley, the brotherhood of steel asked me for everything I had, weapons, clothes, money, everything, and they made sure of returning me those itens when I leave, but they didn't and now I lost all of the unique weapons I spent hours looking for….does anybody know how to take these stuff back?

      Its just another typical mistake Bethesda made in rushing in game like they did in Fallout3. My game freezes usually a couple hours into the game and I'll start lagging about an hour and a half in the game. The weirdest thing is that whenever i aim in a direction everything that has a function glows green……oh and now I have Great Khans stalking me everywhere I go….

      so it freezes sometimes on PS3 and it cost $59.00 retail at gamestop. You guys act like they spat on your mother or worse. I remember the first console I bought was Pong with 4 game modes in Black & White for $45.00 at Caldors in '79. I have no problem with a few bugs for this much content. Y'all should stop whining. Anyway the big one is coming in November; Elder scrools V!!!

      Installed the update, played for about 10mins and then it froze. Rebooted, played for another 10mins… froze again!

      I love this game but man this shit is really frustrating. Fallout 3 had a few bugs but New Vegas is the buggiest game I have ever played in my life.

      Just hope they use a new engine when they develop the next installment.

      Honesty though I really don't think this product was ever fit for release, the fact that they barely spoke publicly about this issues is a big indication that as long as you pay up the developers really couldn't give a rats arse how buggy the game is.

      well it dont get any better asi have fallout nv i dowloaded the dlc dead money i get 2 minutes in to it the games seems to b loading on to the next scene after i get sprayed and i fall to the floor it freezes the screen goes black i press the ps button and nothing happens total freeze so i have to turn my console off

      i just got a new ps3.after four referbished pieses of crap but thats another topic for another day.i got fallout thinking that most bugs were worked out but i found out the hard way that they most deffinatley are not. i put the game in and 10 mins later crash. about 10 crashes later within 2 hours i gave up. decideing to play another game but wait now i cant cause this piece of crap game currupted my files on my playstation and now my other games wont work. now im stuck with a brand new piece of crap ps3. i think we should start a LAWSUITE. cause they knew it was going to do this crap screw bethesda and obsidian.

        I think the lawsuit should have started after Fallout 3.  Bethesda’s tech support kept emailing me troubleshooting I had already known, but as soon as I told them that my PS3 is almost fried I haven’t heard from them.  I want to love Fallout 3 and New Vegas so bad, but the constant freezing keeps me from going all in with the games.

      It still freezes, and at times gives out corrupted data, which sucks. I really wanted to buy the dlc’s, because I love the game so much, but the constant freezing is ridiculous. And whats even more worst, is that the dev know about this, and are doing nothing about it. It just like Fallout 3 all over again… Why release these games on home consoles, if they don’t put any effort in making it work right?

      recently i havent even been able to play my game without it freezing. ive stopped playing new vegas all together. waste of my money. at least now i know its the game and not the ps3.

      i have recently installed the patch and the game is as bad as ever ive had to turn off the ps3 ten times in one hour but i have had problems with this game on the 360 as well, i do love the game its just let down by sloppy workmanship, the amount of cash i have spent trying to get the game to run crash free is nothing short of shambolic. why is it left to us the gamers to test the game once it is put on the market.these people are hurting the industry ie us, there has to be a govering body to protect the consummer how in all things holly do you expect me to buy any more products like skyrim lol i would rather burn my cash i have been playing computer games since the days of zx spectrum and the comadore sixty four i feel very passionate about my games as its one of my hobbys and these clowns are robbing me of that.i would love a job as a game tester as i know how a game should run.”GET IT SORTED OUT” or find another job.

      well the thing is… you are not suppose to skip the clip at the beginning showing the developers and everything. you have to wait for it to take you to the start menu itself. This worked for me and is still working after patch 1.07

      no fallout new vegas is not fixed. a friend of mine played it after the patch and the game completely fried the blue-ray drive of 2 ps3s. I suggest not getting it or any other Bathesda games for ps3 in that matter.
