If you were looking for a mid-end Android smartphone you may want to check out HTC‘s latest offering the HTC Gratia, this device runs Android 2.2 FroYo and has the potential of being a very popular mid-end device.
Specs are pretty good considering its not a high-end handset, it features a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display, a 5 megapixel camera, a 600MHz processor, 384MB RAM and 512MB of ROM, I think it is a pretty good looking handset, we have embedded an image at the end of this post, do you agree?
Other specs worth mentioning include WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, microSD card slot, an optical trackpad, a microUSB port and a 3.5mm headphone socket, there are also a wide-range of sensors.
Apparently there is some likeness to the HTC HD Mini, similarities include touch-sensitive keys, a rubbery casing and exposed screw heads. The Gratia is pretty light at 115 grams and also pretty small at 103.8 x 57.7 x 11.7 mm.
At the moment there has been no pricing information revealed and no solid release date, however we can confirm that it should arrive in Europe sometime in November, as further details are revealed we will have to keep you posted.
Will you buy the HTC Gratia? If so, what do you feel is a fair RRP?
