A great new fitness application has just been released for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. Body Motion 1.0 is the first motion detection app which tracks a user’s steps throughout workouts, and allows them to burn fat in as little as four minutes.
Released by Fit Your Body the app is great for anyone who wants to get fit easily and quickly, and is great for beginners and professionals. Using short intense workouts allows for users to monitor their progress. Different levels of difficulty are available ranging from easy to hard.
User’s exercise for twenty seconds then rest for ten seconds, throughout eight sequences. Each step is tracked and measured allowing users to monitor progress via recorded statistics. Other features include; exercises based on the Tabata protocol, aerobic and anaerobic benefits, 8 to 16 minute specially designed workout programs, and easy to use and follow.
