Windows Phone 7: LG Optimus 7 Mobile – Quick Hands-on Review

By Gary Johnson - Oct 11, 2010

One of the ten handsets announced today at the Microsoft event was the LG Optimus 7, and the guys at Engadget have managed to get their hands on an example.

The screen on the device is a LCD measuring in at 3.8-inches, and the handset seemed to be made up of a plastic construction. Even though it came across as a well made phone as well as being nice to look at and light. Three physical buttons can be found at the bottom of the screen.

The handset was running a stock WP7 interface, but had some of LG’s own apps including Voice-to-Text, and Play-To which allows you to connect to your TV via DLNA. The general design and build quality was liked by the team.

Head over to Engadget for more photos of the LG Optimus 7.
