If you do not want to spend a great deal on a smartphone but want to experience Android, the Samsung Intercept is well-worth checking out, especially as Virgin Mobile will soon be offering it for less than Sprint.
Currently Sprint charge you $99 (after a rebate) when you agree a two-year agreement costing you $99 per month for an unlimited deal, however if you pay Virgin Mobile a one off payment of $249 you get the Intercept contract-free with the option of paying $60 per month for an unlimited price plan.
IntoMobile have done some calculations and reckon that the Virgin Mobile deal will save you over $300 in the first 12 months alone, which is hard to ignore.
If you want to take advantage of this deal you will have to wait as the Virgin Mobile USA site says the Intercept is coming soon, check out this link if you would like to find out more.
