Red Dead Redemption: Liars and Cheats DLC Hits Xbox 360 and PS3

The Liars and Cheats DLC for Red Dead Redemption has today hit Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network, this DLC is said to be a large expansion for the free roam multiplayer experience.

If you would like to but the content it costs 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live, which is the same as the PlayStation Network’s $9.99 price tag. You can add it to your 360′s download queue here, the download is just 114MB so shouldn’t take too long.

A lot of the new features were requested by Red Dead Redemption gamers, you can now enjoy stronghold competitive multiplayer mode, multiplayer poker, liar’s dice games, multiplayer horse races and use the explosive rifle. Other new features include 7 new gang hideouts, 4 new hunting grounds and a new posse scoring system with a leaderboard.

As you would expect there are new Achievements and Trophies to aim for, also there are 15 new mulitplayer characters to play as. If you check out the video we have embedded below you can see an overview of what you can expect from the Liars and Cheats DLC.

    I am exhausted…. Having finished the campaign 100%, then tried to finish as much as I could on mp, then came first add on, second add on, and now this!
    To be frank, I need a break from RDR, and I'm not getting this DL. RDR is an awesome game, but I feel pretty much overkilled…..
    I'm moving on…….
