Windows Phone 7: Launch Date Rumor

If you are looking forward to the release dates of some Windows Phone 7 smartphones we have some good news for you, it looks as if the official Windows Phone 7 launch date will be October 11th.

Microsoft has not yet confirmed this, therefore we must treat this as a rumor, however Pocket-Lint claim that multiple sources have suggested this will be the release date.

You can see Pocket-Lint’s recent article here, as usual they do not say too much about the sources, however they are apparently familiar with the matter.

To be honest I think that this launch date looks pretty likely, apparently a stable version of Windows Phone 7 was released to manufacturers recently, therefore I am sure smartphone manufacturers aren’t far away from finalizing some of their Windows Phone 7 devices.
