Following on from our post which informed you about a video for the first Custom ROM for the Motorola Droid X, we now have something better for you. A well known developer has just posted download links and a installation guide for a separate new custom Froyo ROM.
As reported from Droid-Life, the new custom ROM is available, thanks to the work of Birdman – a user which the Motorola Droid community should have already heard of by now.
As for the ROM, Birdman has named it the FlyX ROM, and it is available to download for everyone with a rooted Droid X handset.
If you don’t know what you are doing, there is a lengthy step-by-step guide to follow over at Droid-Life. Are any of you willing to try this? If so, let us know how you get on.
