Released by UK based Olson Applications, 5 Minute Fat Loss has more than 200 simple exercise routines that can easily be used in a home environment. Great for helping users get in shape and lose weight; the app has a timer feature to allow users to rest for the correct length of time.
Containing 29 different exercises users will never get bored as every session will feel different, and users can keep track of progress and set targets to keep motivated. There are different workout plans for men and women to help concentrate on key areas. Workouts have clear animations and instructions, and music can be selected from the users own library.
