Final Fantasy XIV: New Gameplay video from GamesCom 2010

With Final Fantasy XIV due out on PC at the end of next month, the game was bound to have some sort of showing at this year’s GamesCom event. We have a live video for you to check out now, showing some new gameplay from the title.
As reported from VG247, the video quality is by no means perfect, but it does show a group of players taking on the legendary Malboro, as well as some other nasty looking beasts.
For those lucky enough to attend GamesCom, it looks as if Square-Enix set up a lan session for Final Fantasy XIV, as we can also see the host explaining some features about the game (in German).
What are your thoughts on the upcoming game? Don’t forget that PS3 gamers will have to wait until March next year to get their hands on it, which is pretty disappointing.
