Motorola Droid Pro: First Specs and Release Date Details

We have only just had the release of the Motorola Droid 2 on Verizon, but already we have fresh details on Motorola’s Android plans for the future. More specifically, the first details on the Motorola Droid Pro handset.

According to this report from BGR, Motorola’s next flagship handset will be the Motorola Droid Pro, and it is due for release sometime this November – probably in the midst of Thanksgiving we’d say.

Full specs have not been disclosed as of yet, but we do know that the device will feature a 4-inch display screen, global roaming capability and a powerhouse 1.3GHz CPU.

Although it hasn’t been mentioned by BGR, you should expect the Motorola Droid Pro to come equipped with Android 2.2 Froyo straight from the box.
