Have you ordered your copy of Halo: Reach’s Legendary Edition yet? If not you could be out of luck as a number of online game retailers have stopped taking pre-orders for the feature packed collector’s edition.
David Scammell of gamerzines.com is reporting the edition of the game could be quickly selling out in the UK. Each of the Game Stores Group’s websites, that include Game, Gamestation, and Gameplay now only have the limited edition and standard versions of the game for pre-order.
Brian Jarrard who is Bungie Community Manager had said before that the Legendary Edition, “will actually be a lot more sparse in the market than the Halo 3 Legendary Edition was,” “if you don’t get your hands on one soon there’s a good chance they are going to be gone”.
Over at Amazon they are also not taking pre-orders but some Marketplace users are offering a copy for £299.99. The Legendary Edition contains a whole host of goodies including a Noble team statuette. At the time of writing Play.com and HMV.com are still taking orders for Legendary Edition. Halo: Reach will be available from September 14 only on Xbox 360.
