Tropical Storm Colin Reforms: Updates on Google Earth

Tropical Storm Colin had died down, but has now reformed and is fast approaching Bermuda. We had assumed that Colin had gone for good and was downgraded, but on Thursday it showed up again on satellites. If you visit Google Earth you will be able to see updates.

You will need to type in Bermuda to get a general idea where to look, also make certain that you select weather and clouds. The storm now has sustained wind speeds of 45 mph (75 kph), and is just 520 miles south of
Bermuda and is traveling at a speed of 20mph.

Residents in Bermuda have now been given a tropical storm warning, but is expedited to alter course soon and then head towards the east coast of the U.S. For more details visit AP.
