Do you think Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 has what it takes to compete with the likes of Apple’s iOS 4 and Google Android? We have a video to show you now, comparing web browser speed on iOS 4 and Mobile IE on Windows Phone 7.
As reported from RedmondPie, the browser comparison video comes to you courtesy of NewsGeek, who have used a Samsung test unit running WP7 against the iPhone 3GS running iOS 4.
It is important to note that this test was carried out using a 3G connection, not WiFi. As you can see from the video, iOS 4 is considerably faster than Mobile IE, but you should also remember that the iPhone 3GS is a finished product, while the test unit as well as the WP7 OS are still under development.
Watch the video head-to-head below and let us know your conclusion on it. Is it too early to judge Windows Phone 7 yet, or have you already made your mind up?
