HTC Vision: New Release for T-Mobile as G1 Blaze?

By Alan Ng - Jul 26, 2010

We have some details on the HTC Vision handset now, as we are hearing reports that the phone may be on it’s way to T-Mobile, possibly even under a new codename as the G1 Blaze – what do you think of this?

If you head over to Engadget, you’ll be able to see a new image of the device, which shows the HTC Vision with the HTC branding replaced by the T-Mobile logo.

Specs remain sparse at the moment, with the only details revealing a 3.7-inch WVGA screen, 1GHz processor and a slide-out qwerty keyboard.

We’re not sure if the handset is headed to T-Mobile in the UK, or T-Mobile USA – once we find out though, we’ll let you know. What are your thoughts on the possible name change? Do you prefer G1 Blaze to Vision?

Haha. Those specs aren’t even close to the previous rumors. Where is the dual core processor? I’ll keep my vibrant.
