BlackBerry Bold 9780: OS 6 Device – First Details and Picture
By: Alan Ng | July 26, 2010 | Leave a CommentWe have some good news for those of you who are looking for an upgrade to your current BlackBerry device, as it looks like a new model is on the way to market soon. We have the first picture and details on the BlackBerry Bold 9780.
As reported from Engadget, the Bold 9780 will be one of the first devices to come with BlackBerry OS 6 pre-installed, and it will also come equipped with a physical QWERTY keyboard, rather than touchscreen input.
Full specs are unknown at the moment, but Engadget is reporting that the device will be supporting around 512MB of RAM. Hopefully we’ll be able to bring you a full report on the Bold 9780 soon.
Are you interested in picking this up or not? Personally, I don’t think the design of the handset is good enough to warrant a purchase. Take a look at the picture below courtesy of Salomondrin, then let us know your thoughts on it.
