An application which allows single sport and multi-sport endurance athletes to download training data such as cadence, speed, power and heart rate has just received a major update. iSMARTtrain 3.0.7 is available for Mac OS X.
Developed by Yellow Field Technologies the training journal allows athletes to download the data from a variety of heart rate monitors and power meters and study it in graph, list, and table formats. Users can also review information from training sessions that include distance, duration, and speed.
A variety of sports can easily be tracked using either imperial or metric units. This latest update has many new features and now includes support for Garmin’s Edge 500. Weekly totals for training time, calories burnt, and time spent in up to 5 HR zones are now available with easy to read bar graphs. GPS data can now be also shown on a route map.
iSMARTtrain 3.0.7 is available free to existing users and costs $49.95 for up to three athletes. Click here for more information and to purchase.
