Verizon iPhone 4 or BlackBerry Storm 3: What do you want more?

By Alan Ng - Jul 19, 2010

We have mentioned this before, but it seems like Verizon Wireless is the carrier to be on in the US. Not to be content with the Motorola Droid X and the upcoming Droid 2, we have some fresh details on the BlackBerry Storm 3, also rumored to be dropping on Verizon before the end of the year.

A few months ago, many thought that RIM’s BlackBerry Slider would turn out to be the BlackBerry Storm 3, but that wasn’t the case. However, this recent report from Engadget hints that the BlackBerry Storm 3, along with the Curve 3 are rumored to be landing on Verizon during the holiday period this year.

RIM might be following HTC’s tactics by releasing modified versions of their handsets in different markets. Maybe the Storm 3 will be similar to the 9800, but without a QWERTY keyboard – what do you think?

Then there is the never-ending talk of the Verizon iPhone. We told you earlier this week, that Steve Jobs might of hinted of a possible release during his Q&A session at the Apple Press Conference, so the iPhone rumors on Verizon are by no means dead and buried just yet.

We have a question for our readers: What handset would you like to see more on Verizon? Perhaps the easy choice is the iPhone, but we know that RIM has their own legion of hardcore BlackBerry fans. Give us your thoughts on this.
