Asus Ares Video Card: Features Dual ATI 5870 GPUs

Asus have recently unveiled a new high-end video card, this is no ordinary graphics card, in fact Asus claim that it is the World’s fasted single graphics card.

This video card is called the Asus Ares, it features two ATI 5870 GPUs and boasts 4GB of GDDR5 RAM, to give you a rough idea of performance it is roughly 30% faster than the ATI 5970 video cards.

Two keep these two GPUs cool the card uses a copper heatsink with a metal shroud, the card itself is made up of a custom PCB and high quality components.

If you are in to overclocking the Ares could be a good choice, it comes with Asus Voltage Tweak option to get the most out of the GPUs, if you are worried about overheating you will be glad to hear that it also features fan controls.
