Nokia Do Battle With Eldar Murtazin Over Leaked N8

Nokia have enlisted the help of Russian authorities in connection with the Nokia N8 that was leaked and obtained by Eldar Murtazin, the Mobile-Review chief who apparently refused to give the device back.
As the story goes, Nokia say that they requested the phone back from Murtazin “several weeks back,” but the mobile-review chief declined to respond to the plea.
Murtazin has been very public about the fact he had a Nokia N8 in his possession, and even though the spec sheet was very impressive, it did not seem to live up to apparent expectations.
As is stands, Murtazin has taken to his Twitter page, and feels he is more hard done by than what is being made out. The Mobile-Review honcho said he made numerous attempts to contact Nokia, but said the Finnish company rejected to communicate with him.
Nokia have provided a statement on their official conversations blog, which at one point did get pulled but is now live again.
Who do you believe? Murtazin or Nokia?
