Driver: San Francisco – Release Date Confirmed

Only last month, we spread the news that one of the very few PlayStation original favorites was set to make a big come back. We were teased with a video, and now we finally have a release date penciled in, courtesy of GAME who are officially affiliated with the game.
HMV are the other corporation that are partnered with Driver: San Francisco, and both are already taking pre-orders for the collectors edition.
“Driver: San Fran sees you in the control of series regular John Tanner, who has fallen into a coma after an accident. Because of said coma, you gain a new ability for the game called “Shift”, which allows you to change between cars without going on foot.”
VG247 have been following the games progress significantly, and have covered a few separate stories ranging from a hands-on, to an interview with the creative director.
The game is scheduled to be released on November 26, and will come out on the PS3, Xbox 360, PC and MAC platforms. A special Wii version is also on the way. Lucky you!
Are you looking forward to the return of Driver?
