Earlier on today we revealed that five new Xbox Live Arcade games would be arriving this summer as part of Microsoft’s Summer of Arcade promotion, readers showed some interest in Castlevania: Harmony of Despair therefore we thought that some more information and screenshots would be appreciated.
As previously stated Castlevania: Harmony of Despair will set you back 1200 Microsoft Points and will be available from August 4th, Konami have now revealed five screens from the upcoming game, all of which can be seen here.
We have embedded one of the screens at the end of this post, the graphics are nothing amazing, however I’m sure that gameplay will be paramount, and with up to six players at once over Xbox Live things do sound promising.
The levels in the game are said to be massive, all of which were inspired by previous Castlevania games such as Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia, Konami have also confirmed that DLC will be added which will add new characters and new levels.
There is also some good news for PS3 owners, if Castlevania: Harmony of Despair does well on Xbox Live it will almost certainly be released at the PlayStation Store.
