Battlefield Bad Company 2: Onslaught Mode Hits PS3

By Updated on

Over the past few days, the gaming world has been hit by a sudden influx of DLC’s. So Battlefield Bad Company 2 fans will be glad to know that ‘Onslaught Mode’ has now been released on the PlayStation Store.

Onslaught is a new co-op mode that will enable up to four players to compete against endless waves of enemies, computer controlled ones only though. Once you have taken a fair few of these enemies out, you will have to take the base flags.

You can play Onslaught on a variety of different difficulties, with new multiplayer maps. One of which will take place on Atacama Desert, a new ravaged sandstorm desert that give players a challenge due to the limited visibility.

Once you complete selected maps, you can submit and compare your times with other players who have submitted there scores and times to the leaderboard.

A little tip from the guys at PlayStation.Blog:

Keep your squad tight and make sure to experiment with a mix of different kits. It’s all about finding the right weapon for the job. You wouldn’t try and blow up a tank with a sniper rifle — even though you CAN headshot people with the repair tool, actually.
