Tickle Tap Apps Celebrates Parents’ Choice Awards Success: Free iPhone App

By Gary Johnson - Jul 2, 2010

Tickle Tap Apps developer zinc Roe has now won three Parents’ Choice Awards, and to celebrate the news they are making available an app for free on the 3rd and 4th of July. The developer won Gold Awards for both Sound Shaker and Sort Slider apps, and Count Caddy achieved silver.

For two days developer zinc Roe is giving away free of charge its latest app Bug Builder. The Parents’ Choice Foundation has been recommending and reviewing media aimed at children for more than 30 years. This year they had a vast amount of new apps to judge, and they were judged based on overall ratings for how each app offered new ways to learn, and amuse.

The fun apps have kids learning about shapes, patterns, and numbers, and are developed by child gaming experts. Games are tested by kids themselves and vetted by educational researchers. Long trips and car rides are transformed into a great fun educational experience.

Bug Builder 1.0 is on the App Store for only $0.99 but will be free on the 3rd and 4th of July. Requires iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad with OS 3.0 or later. See some of the Tickle Tap Apps in action by clicking here.
