Sony VPCEA290X Signature Edition: Notebook Specs and Price

Sony has recently revealed details regarding a new notebook, this is the VPCEA290X Signature Edition. This notebook features an embossed pattern on the lid and palm rest, which gives it a pretty uniqe look, not only this but it is available in three colors, Arabesque black, Arabesque gold or Arabesque pink.
As standard it comes with an Intel Core i3-350M (2.26GHz) processor, a 320GB hard disk drive, 4GB of DDR3 (1066) RAM, DVD writer and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
There are plenty of optional upgrades offered, these include an upgrade to either a Core i5-520M (2.40GHz) processor or if that is not up to your standards you can go for a Core i5-540M (2.53GHz) processor. Other options include a choice of up to 8GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive, Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and even the choice of a Blu-ray player/burner.
