Yesterday we posted an article which suggested that the Nintendo 3DS would be available in all regions by March 2011, now thanks to a recent article posted on SlashGear we have a more accurate release date for the handheld in the UK.
It seems as if UK gamers could get their hands on the 3DS in December 2010, at the moment we must treat this as a rumor, however SlashGear suggest that limited stock of the Nintendo 3DS will be available in the UK in December.
This will no doubt make the Nintendo 3DS a high priority on many children’s Christmas lists, however with limited stock available it will probably result in eBay being used to pay over-the-odds for the device.
As SlashGear mention, this limited stock availability sounds a lot like the Wii’s initial launch, which is certainly going to be a bad thing for parent’s finances! As we hear official confirmation for the UK release we will keep you posted.
Will you pay over-the-odds for a Nintendo 3DS this Christmas?
