HTC Intruder: The Mystery AT&T Android Phone

By Alan Ng - Jun 8, 2010

We have some interesting details for AT&T owners now, as an unannounced HTC handset has appeared in the form of a new internal inventory system image from The Shack. But what is it?

As reported from BGR, the handset has been listed as the HTC ‘Intruder’ and looks set to be available on AT&T soon.

The image also revealed that the handset will carry a retail price of $699, or $130 if you want it on a 2-year contract with AT&T.

Rumored specs so far include a 3.5-inch display, 5 megapixel camera and HTC Sense UI. No other details on the handset are known at the moment. It feels like a rather odd name for a handset, but it could just be a codename for now.

Check out the image over at BGR and let us know your thoughts on the Intruder.

Until we all give up and leave the carrier or switch to iPhones, apparently.

If I had a dollar for every HTC Android phone coming to "real soon now" to at&t, I would be a rich man. First at&t was supposed to introduce the HTC "Lancaster", then it was the "Desire", lately it has been the "Aria", and now we're to believe it is to be the "Thunder". Enough already! How much longer is at&t going to string Android fans along?!
