Motorola Droid Xtreme (Shadow): Accessories before Release Date

By Alan Ng - Jun 2, 2010

We have some interesting details to share with you now, as a recent Verizon inventory leak has seemingly confirmed that the Motorola Shadow will be renamed the Motorola Droid Xtreme closer to release.

As reported from Phandroid, the device, codenamed by it’s MB810 model name has appeared in Verizon’s inventory in the form of accessories that presumably will be available once the phone is available.

The listing shows accessories such as batteries, cases, docks and mounts all under the same ”MOTODRDX” heading – which suggests that the Shadow (MB810) will eventually be known as the Droid Xtreme.

Slightly confusing we know, but we expect all to be revealed once Verizon decide the time is right to drop the bomb. Remember how we all thought the HTC Incredible would be the final name for the handset, only for Verizon to release the device under the Droid branding – the same thing is happening here it seems.
