By Jamie Pert - May 25, 2010

After all the speculation regarding the T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide, yesterday we finally got word when the release date would actually be. But it seems as though the Android Community didn’t have to wait long to show us all what we could have on June 2nd.

The myTouch 3G Slide comes with a flattening 3.4-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen, a 600MHz processor running on Android 2.1, and that all impressive slide-out hardware keyboard. There is also even a new “Genius” button which activates the voice-recognition service.

All this comes at at price though, and at $179.99 with a new two-year agreement, it’s hard not to pass up. We have embedded an unboxing and hands-on video of the T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide below, so you can finally see what the smartphone is all about.

The first thing you will notice is a very sleek and professional-looking aluminum casing that the myTouch 3G Slide comes in, you will probably be equally impressed when the hands-on shows a very responsive user interface, I am pleasantly surprised by the handset, are you?
