HTC EVO 4G: Ebay and Craigslist sales before Release Date

Some interesting news to bring to you now, as it has been confirmed that the HTC EVO 4G handset has already started to appear on marketplaces such as Ebay and Craigslist.
As reported from TechCrunch, listings for the device are available for premium prices, almost two weeks before the handset will be available from Sprint on June 4th.
However, rather than just a select number of handsets available, there is thought to be a batch of different prices and listings for the HTC EVO 4G – for one sole reason.
Last week at Google’s I/O event, the company handed out free EVO 4G handsets to all 4,000 people in attendance. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that some of those 4,000 are looking to make a nice profit on one of the most sought after handsets at the moment.
According to TechCrunch, handsets are going from $450 all the way up to $1200. If you wait until June 4th, you’ll be able to pick one up for $199. Would you be willing to pay such a premium price to have it before anyone else? Tough one to call.
