More news has surfaced about the camera on the forthcoming iPhone 4G. Asia Optical Co. that are based in Taiwan has reportedly become a supplier for Apple’s iPhone 4G. Sources claim that the company’s 300000-pixel camera lens has been certificated by Apple and will start delivering this month.
Cens.com is reporting that Asia Optical has started to explore U.S. and European markets after concentrating on its Japanese clients for many years, but this market has reached saturation point after only modest growths recently.
Apple and Motorola hold the company in high regard so the move is starting to bear fruit, and with any new camera lens supplied to Apple this will surely push up their sales growth.
With the launch of the iPhone 4G – which is expected to be a hot seller – Asia Optical should turn the corner, and start making a profit after posting losses for four out the last five quarters.
