Google Chrome Web Store: Should Apple be worried?

Some exciting news to deliver to you now, as Google has just announced their Chrome Web Store at their ongoing I/O event. The Web Strore will be available towards the end of this year.
As reported from BGR, we were given a preview of some of the types of Apps that will be available on the store. These Apps will run in native code such as Flash, and you’ll get a choice of either free or paid apps.
Attendees at the event were shown a few demos of some of the Apps that will be available. These included Dark Room, Lego Star Wars and Plants Vs Zombies.
Furthermore, Google also announced that their Web Store will offer magazines to download, such as Sports Illustrated.
