Apple iPhone 4G: RAM and Screen Resolution Confirmed – Ming-Chi Kuo

So far all news surrounding the iPhone 4G is pretty much unconfirmed, however we have recently come across some pretty reliable information which seems to confirm the iPhone 4G’s RAM and screen resolution.
Back in early April we reported that the iPhone 4G would perhaps feature a screen resolution of 960 x 640, we are now hearing claims that this resolution is accurate – this is believed by Digitimes senior analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
Kuo also strongly believes that the iPhone 4G will feature 512MB of RAM, this is a vast improvement compared to the 3GS’s 256 MB eDRAM and completely overshadows the 2G and 3G’S 128 MB eDRAM. Having 512MB of RAM also brings the handset level with the Nexus One and the HTC Incredible.
As previously stated this news must be treated as a rumor at the moment, however as we hear information which confirms/refutes this we will keep you posted.
Would you like the iPhone 4G to feature 512MB of RAM and a screen resolution of 960 x 640?
