We have yet more good news for those of you planning to pick up the HTC EVO 4G handset from Sprint next month, as the phone has just been spotted on the FCC website – which we all know means, that a release is not too far off from now.
As reported from Phandroid, the handset can now be viewed on the FCC website – under the model name PC36100. You’ll be able to see that the device includes descriptions for WiMax and CDMA, so it doesn’t take a genius to work out that this is indeed the HTC EVO 4G.
On a side note, it has also been confirmed that Sprint has begun training employees on the HTC EVO 4G, ready for release – heavily tipped to be June 6th. A gallery of training screenshots have been released, which you can check out here, courtesy of AndroidGuys.
