Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta: Over 1 Million Served

The multiplayer beta for Halo: Reach finally arrived yesterday, and saw more than 1 million enthusiastic Halo gamers trying to get a piece of the action.

The beta release proved to be veyr popular during it’s opening day, so much so some gamers were experiencing problems getting online, however Bungie say that most problems should now be rectified (these issues are exactly what beta testing is carried out for).

If you were unable to get on to the Halo servers, or managed just a short time-span of play, then you might be interested in the updates which have been going on all around the Internet, and on Twitter via Bungie which can be found here.

According to Bungie, they say that day 2 of the beta should be much smoother than day one, as the Halo: Reach servers were put on alert due to the vast amount of unique players in yesterday’s onslaught.
