We have some good news for owners of the Amazon Kindle e-book reader now, as we’re pleased to report that the device will soon be upgraded with Facebook and Twitter functionality.
As reported from wtvm, a significant software update is due to land on the Kindle before the end of this month, which owners will be able to receive wirelessly.
The update will allow you share book passages on either your Facebook or Twitter profile, while you’ll also get the ability to lock your Kindle with a password and sort books and documents into collections.
You’ll also be pleased to know that the update will finally let you zoom in on PDF documents. It will be available end of May, give us your thoughts on this.
