Just two weeks after it’s original release PrintCentral for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad has been updated. PrintCentral 1.2 has received some major enhancements in the way users handle documents from other apps and PrintCentral.
Developed by UK based EuroSmartz, the app has major integration improvements into Apple Mail and iWorks. Files can be easily opened in iWorks directly from the app, or by simply tapping and holding on an item, open a document and print in the Apple Mail app.
Users can easily print an iWorks document after it has been edited by emailing it to the Apple Mail app and print it as an attachment. PrintCentral can open files that are in cloud storage without downloading them first. This allows customers who have information stored on an iDisk, FTP server or any WebDAV service can send it with just a few taps.
PrintCentral 1.2 is on the App Store for $9.99 and is a free upgrade for existing customers. Requires iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad with OS 3.0 or later.
