Call of Duty: Black Ops (Xbox 360, PS3 & PC), Possible Release Date

The official website for Call of Duty: Black Ops has recently been revealed, if you check out the site you will see that the game looks set for a release date of November 11th 2010.

Details regarding the game are still extremely scarce, all we do know is that it is being developed by Treyarch and will be published by Activision.

The last Call of Duty release was Modern Warfare 2, this release set new sales records, however the multiplayer game modes were ruined by glitches, therefore Treyarch were preferred for the next game in the franchise.

It has not been confirmed whether or not the game will definitely be released on November 11th, however Modern Warfare 2 was released on November 10th 2009 therefore a release a year later seems likely.

    Better have some QA this time as far as glitch exploits and mods goes. MW2 simply got ridiculous. I will not pick this up if that's again the case, however If they fix it, I'm in. Huge FPS fan, but the Call of Duty name has been tarnished with the glitch-fest that was MW2. Vehicles would be nice too. They had them in COD3, why not now? That was battlefield BC2's main advantage over MW2. That, and the lack of glitching/modding/ and BF2's much larger maps, etc. Hope Treyarch was paying attention. Guess we'll see in November…
