Nintendo Wii Wireless Induction Charging Station

By Updated on

The Nintendo Wii was the first games console to revolutionize gaming controllers, so it comes as no surprise that a leading manufacturer of gaming accessories will want to develop something special for the device. Konnet Technology has finally unveiled its wireless induction charging station called PowerV Quad.

This latest gadget uses induction technology – advantages of this are sleeker design and less cable clutter. This system is able to charge up to four Wiimotes at a time, so there should never be worry of a flat controller when you invite friends or family around for a fun evening of gaming.

All the user has to do is rest the Nintendo Wii controller on the PowerV and it will then begin to charge – you need to use Konnet rechargeable battery packs and not the standard ones that come with the Wiimote. There is an LED status light so you can see the charging progress.

The PowerV Quad costs $49.99 with replacement battery packs available on Amazon for $19.99. For more details visit Konnet
