A new app which resembles a cork board for collecting and sharing ideas visually has been launched for the Apple iPad. Corkulous 1.0 for iPad is a large virtual corkboard giving users a nice big space for organizing and collecting ideas.
Developed by Utah based Appigo, the app follows the metaphor of a cork board, allowing users to arrange labels, photos, contacts, and notes. This allows for the ideas to be viewed visually with related ideas easily placed together using the automatic guides that snap them into place.
The application also allows users to have multiple boards as ideas grow, with related ideas grouped together in separate virtual spaces. Corkulous has received many positive reviews after only a few days on the App Store. Users who purchase the app will receive free updates as they are released.
Corkulous 1.0 is on the App Store for the introductory price of $2.99. The developers plan to increase the price as new features are added. Requires iPad with OS 3.2 or later.
