Earlier on today we introduced you to three upcoming Dell smartphones, these were the Dell Flash, Lightning and Thunder, as promised here is a full breakdown of the Dell Lightning handset, if your missed out breakdown of the Dell Flash check out this link.
The Lightning will run Windows Phone 7 when it is released, the handset is pretty unique as it combines a full physical QWERTY keyboard with a portrait slider design, and despite its design the keyboard looks pretty well spaced and usable.
The handset will probably be pretty large due to its slide design combined with a 4.1 inch OLED display, it also features a 5 megapixel camera, 8GB of internal storage as standard and GPS, disappointingly there is no mention of WiFi connecivty.
There are a few things that makes the Lightning particularly desirable, such as its great-looking design, 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 512MB of RAM, however the best thing about this handset is that is upgradeable to LTE.
