Nintendo 3DS: Possible Release Date

So far details regarding the Nintendo 3DS have been pretty scarce, however recent information posted on SlashGear hints at a possible release period for the upcoming handheld, apparently an October release date is looking likely.

Whether this October release date is for the global release or just the Japanese release is unclear, however that said many didn’t believe a 2010 release was at all likely, therefore any 2010 release is a bonus.

The October 2010 Japanese release could infact still mean a U.S. and European release in early 2011, if it comes earlier I am sure the Nintendo 3DS will be a very popular item this Christmas.

It is thought that Nintendo will heavily promote the Nintendo 3DS at E3 2010, by then we should have more of an idea of a definite release, when we do we will try our best to keep you informed.

Slashgear is an asian based company and certainly they have some friends who can give them early leaks about the 3DS. October is a nice date. Hopefully, they will add more depth to the 3ds screen.
