We reported last month on a great app that allows users of the iPhone and iPod Touch to make quick notes and doodles by using their finger as a pen. Now owners of Apple’s iPad can also enjoy the app with the release of BugMe! 1.03.
UK based Electric Pocket have given the app a major update for the iPad version, which now includes the famous “Quick Alarms”, that makes it simple for users to choose a time to get “bugged”. This is the app using an alarm and showing a reminder when a task is due. The iPad version has keyboard support which lets users type in text, and the usual writing with the finger is also an option.

BugMe! allows users to save their most important notes to the iPads’s app launcher screen using the “Save to Home Screen” feature. Notes can be put on a photo from the user’s album, or a choice of colored paper styles, and can be organized for future reference, or just shaken into place. The option of sharing notes via Email and Twitter is also available.
BugMe! 1.03 is on the App Store at the introductory rate of $0.99. Compatible with iPad or iPhone with OS 3.2 or later.
