HTC Incredible: Verizon confirm via Twitter – iPhone 4G killer?

After months of speculation, Verizon has finally put their customers to ease, hinting that a release for the highly anticipated HTC Incredible handset will be coming soon.

As reported from UberGizmo, Verizon replied to a user on their Twitter account, who complained how customers were getting angry with the total lack of information involving handsets such as the Incredible and Nexus One.

However, Verizon put the customer’s mind to ease with the following message: ”It’s a Friday Brandon, don’t be angry As for the HTC Incredible & other new phones…good things come to those who wait!”

As far as we know, this is the first time that Verizon has mentioned the HTC Incredible, with previous info only coming in the form of various leaks.

Will the Incredible pack enough punch to take on Apple’s new iPhone when it is released though? Considering that so many of you are waiting for Incredible rather than the Nexus One, and Verizon has taken so long to release the phone – it is surely something special waiting for.
