Now the iPad has been launched we are starting to see a number of apps being announced for the device. Notes To Store 1.0 for the iPad has just been released. The app allows users to create multimedia notebooks on the iPad. Users can have multiple notebooks with unlimited pages. The built in keyboard, or the iPads own can be used, if they prefer a user can even write with their finger on the device touch screen.
Developed by Squires Studios, the app allows users to import photos and draw sketches. Notebooks can be turned into a diary or journal by turning on the auto date stamping. The app allows for the customizing of the notebooks with different font styles, colors and size. This can be done on each individual page that allows for easy location of material.
A fully adjustable brush is used for painting and sketching, and imported photo’s can be drawn on top of and used for illustration. The entire notebook can be emailed or individual pages can also be sent, as PDFs, text, and images, these can also be saved to the photo album. Pages can come in as graph paper, plain paper, and yellow pad motifs or spiral. Sketch’s can be easily found with a keyword typed on them. The app also supports full undo/redo and copy and paste.
