MW2 Map Pack Release Time: Updates from Twitter

For all of you Modern Warfare 2 owners there who are frantically trying to find out the release time for the Stimulus Package DLC content, we have an update to give you now with an expected time.

Daniel Maher, who is an Xbox Live Editor has just tweeted on his profile, stating that the Map Pack is scheduled to appear at 1pm on the Live Marketplace, although it may not be available to you till 5pm (UK time).

Hopefully this isn’t the case though – but anything can happen. Demand is always through the roof when it comes to new map packs, so hopefully we won’t have to inform you about server crashes later on.

    Still not here in the Uk and its 01:45pm :E

    If it is out at 5pm (uk time), i bet theres gonna be so many people dl'in it after work that something will f*ck up on the servers. Anyway i still have my patience but they really should just of realease it at midnight or at least in the morning, so people could dl it before heading to work, knowin when they come home its waiting for them. Thats just my opinion.

    my xbox says there is an update but when i try to update there is an error saying to test my live connenction when it is fine

    the title update is required which is currently being rolled out by MS.

    Also, I cannot see the maps to download on the xbox.com marketplace!!

    got the maps, but the latest update for the game does not work, as lawlessgoblin said, it just says cannot download update.

    The update will not work yet. I have been able to update but when i hit yes to update it tells me im not connected to xbox live even though i am. I have talked to about 25-30 people who are having the same problem. So far all ive seen is a waste of 1200 MSP…
