A clever password organizer has just received a welcome update so users can now share passwords between their iPhone, Mac and MobileMe accounts. Owners of Android and Palm Pre devices, Windows Mobile, and Windows, can also use PasswordWallet 4.5.
Released by Selznick Scientific Software, LLC, PasswordWallet enables users to share their passwords between all their devices and operating systems. The app can store and encrypt all personal information like Pin numbers and passwords in one location. These can easily unlocked with the use of one single master password.
Users can use the auto-typing feature that allows the quick login of websites; these websites can be saved and launched automatically within the default browser. iPhone data can be easily backed up or restored without the need for any extra software, i.e. iTunes. PasswordWallet 4.5 for the iPhone is $4.99 on the App Store. Prices for other systems please go to the developer’s web site.
